Das 2017 fertig gestellte Emmy-Hennings-Haus liegt auf dem Campus der Europa-Universität und der Hochschule.
Die 115 möblierten Einzelapartments verfügen über ein Duschbad mit WC. Auf jedem Flur gibt es zwei Gemeinschaftsküchen. Leistungsstarkes Internet ist vorhanden. Im Wohnheim gibt es außerdem Waschmaschinen und Trockner. Fahrradständer und Parkplätze sind vor beziehungsweise neben dem Haus zu finden.
